a 4 week series of 30-minute traditional bootcamp classes (this is NOT an SPX class), done inside using various props but mostly your body weight. Think pushups, lunges, burpees and then think about how Denise would have you do them! Class is set up with various intervals to challenge your cardio and strength. (PS do NOT complain about burpees, Denise did 528 of them in under 30 minutes last weekend....That is not a joke.)

This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. Bring some water, a towel for your sweat beads and a FUN attitude!

This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. Bring some water, a towel for your sweat beads and a FUN attitude!

This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. Bring some water, a towel for your sweat beads and a FUN attitude!

This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. Bring some water, a towel for your sweat beads and a FUN attitude!

a 4 week series of 30-minute traditional bootcamp classes (this is NOT an SPX class), done inside using various props but mostly your body weight. Think pushups, lunges, burpees and then think about how Denise would have you do them! Class is set up with various intervals to challenge your cardio and strength. This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. Bring some water, a towel for your sweat beads and a FUN attitude!

This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio. Bring some water, a towel for your sweat beads and a FUN attitude!

a 4 week series of 30-minute traditional bootcamp classes (this is NOT an SPX class), done inside using various props but mostly your body weight. This hybrid class is a 50 minute heart pumpin good time! We use the Megaformer for the first half of class to fire up core and then hit the Ballet Barre for some more body sculpting. This is NOT a traditional barre class, it is fast, done to fun music and is ALL about getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up for the full 30 minutes of cardio.
