About Jody

Jody is responsible for bringing this workout with her from Sunny San Diego. After being plagued by injuries while triathlon training she was coaxed to a class by a teammate and was humbled by the workout. She knew this was the missing piece and started to incorporate it into her workout routine. It has been a love hate relationship ever since. After starting this workout it helped her to get through a season injury free, which was quite a feat. She knew she had to bring this workout back with her to the East Coast and the rest is history. Her classes are direct, but fun. Jody loves using music to motivate and will find the right beat to get you to that burn and will likely say more than a few things to try to get you to laugh.

Also known as "the PERFECT calorie burn." Working in teams, partners and as one crew, our rowing class gives you a TRANSFORMATIVE total-body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind. Bring your sneakers and expect the unexpected. Row classes involve time off the rowers as well for HIIT intervals and muscle conditioning for a well rounded, high intensity workout. Expect to burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in just 45 minutes!!

Stacy's journey to group fitness was a little unorthodox. She originally got a BS in Biology and moved to Hawaii to fulfill her career. While there, she took up the hobbies of surfing, scuba diving and free diving and realized the impact physical fitness has on your life style. Stacy moved back to Massachusetts and went back to school to become a Physical Therapy Assistant, and has been a licensed PTA since 2009 and continues to practice full time. Her passion and knowledge for fitness and injury prevention grew with each athlete she treated. Stacy stumbled upon Btone and it instantly grabbed her attention. This is one of the first forms of full body workouts she has ever agreed with from a standpoint of a health care professional. Its effectiveness and low risk of injury drew her in and she was hooked. Stacy aspires to share this passion and knowledge with others so they can enjoy physical fitness as much as she does. When not at work or the studio she can be found hiking, snowboarding and playing recreational sports.

After being plagued by injuries while triathlon training she was coaxed to a class by a teammate and was humbled by the workout. She knew this was the missing piece and started to incorporate it into her workout routine. It has been a love hate relationship ever since. After starting this workout it helped her to get through a season injury free, which was quite a feat. She knew she had to bring this workout back with her to the East Coast and the rest is history. Her classes are direct, but fun. Jody loves using music to motivate and will find the right beat to get you to that burn and will likely say more than a few things to try to get you to laugh.

Expect to burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in just 45 minutes!!

Jody is responsible for bringing this workout with her from Sunny San Diego. After being plagued by injuries while triathlon training she was coaxed to a class by a teammate and was humbled by the workout. She knew this was the missing piece and started to incorporate it into her workout routine. It has been a love hate relationship ever since. After starting this workout it helped her to get through a season injury free, which was quite a feat. She knew she had to bring this workout back with her to the East Coast and the rest is history. Her classes are direct, but fun. Jody loves using music to motivate and will find the right beat to get you to that burn and will likely say more than a few things to try to get you to laugh.

Stacy's journey to group fitness was a little unorthodox. She originally got a BS in Biology and moved to Hawaii to fulfill her career. While there, she took up the hobbies of surfing, scuba diving and free diving and realized the impact physical fitness has on your life style. Stacy moved back to Massachusetts and went back to school to become a Physical Therapy Assistant, and has been a licensed PTA since 2009 and continues to practice full time. Her passion and knowledge for fitness and injury prevention grew with each athlete she treated. Stacy stumbled upon Btone and it instantly grabbed her attention. This is one of the first forms of full body workouts she has ever agreed with from a standpoint of a health care professional. Its effectiveness and low risk of injury drew her in and she was hooked. Stacy aspires to share this passion and knowledge with others so they can enjoy physical fitness as much as she does. When not at work or the studio she can be found hiking, snowboarding and playing recreational sports.

Expect to burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in just 45 minutes!!

Stacy's journey to group fitness was a little unorthodox. She originally got a BS in Biology and moved to Hawaii to fulfill her career. While there, she took up the hobbies of surfing, scuba diving and free diving and realized the impact physical fitness has on your life style. Stacy moved back to Massachusetts and went back to school to become a Physical Therapy Assistant, and has been a licensed PTA since 2009 and continues to practice full time. Her passion and knowledge for fitness and injury prevention grew with each athlete she treated. Stacy stumbled upon Btone and it instantly grabbed her attention. This is one of the first forms of full body workouts she has ever agreed with from a standpoint of a health care professional. Its effectiveness and low risk of injury drew her in and she was hooked. Stacy aspires to share this passion and knowledge with others so they can enjoy physical fitness as much as she does. When not at work or the studio she can be found hiking, snowboarding and playing recreational sports.
