Our workouts done on the Megaformer is an innovative workout specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely. This workout is largely based on the holistic principles of Pilates, but also emphasizes the strength training and cardio elements not inherent to Pilates to achieve muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates and/or weight training alone. All in as little as 45 minutes!

By incorporating the key principles of core stability and blending them with the fusion of muscle dynamics, btone classes offer “THE NEXT EVOLUTION IN PHYSICAL FITNESS”. Simply put this is the most innovative and aggressive approach to full body conditioning. The composition of this method is significant in that it encourages maximum exertion while allowing for low risk of injury. The workout strengthens the body, tones and elongates the muscles, improves endurance, jump-starts the metabolism, burns fat, increases flexibility and postural alignment, and restores the body’s natural balance. The client, at conclusion, is left with a POWERFUL BODY, resistant to the everyday stresses of work and life.

At the core of our TONE classes is The Megaformer™, which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer. It is designed to cater to both upper and lower body muscles, using a system of springs and pulleys to accommodate the resistance and counter-resistance elements of the workout. Under the guidance of your certified instructor, it’s one of the safest ways to strengthen your muscles while reducing stress on the joints and connective tissues. Some call it a “reformer on crack,” we call it genius.

Working in teams, partners and as one crew, ROW provides a TRANSFORMATIVE total-body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.

The unique format of ROW captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. ROW quickly converts first-timers to devoted team members.

ROW is designed specifically for first-time rowers, no experience is necessary. ROWers burn calories, sculpt muscle and enjoy a fun interval workout in a uniquely motivating, team-oriented fitness environment.

From the very start of class, ROW sets people up into teams, immediately creating a support system and camaraderie that carries through the entire class to the final simulated “race.” Strangers become teammates and instructors become coaches. The ROW on-water team dynamic builds an electric energy that is as positive mentally as it is physically exhilarating.


You can take the heat — TORCH it up!

Think Megaformer meets bootcamp and there you have the TONE n TORCH format. 45 minutes of high intensity training with bursts of intervals on and off the Megaformer. This full body, calorie scorching, muscle quivering class is just what you need to kick it up a notch and see even more results at btone! A fast paced, full body, low impact workout that will leave you CUT.

The Cir-CUT format was designed to use the many different exercises and methods that we find to be most effective, all focused into one 45 minute workout. This class is beat and movement driven, and uses timed intervals that rotate from the rower to your mat where you will use weight and resistance bands to target the three major areas you love to target: your Legs, Core and Arms. These three areas will be run through for a total of two times, with 6 intervals in total to leave you feeling energized, toned, and CUT!

Dynamic TONE

A fast paced, full body, low impact workout that will leave you CUT.

This class is suitable for all levels but has a different delivery system than our traditional TONE classes. Instead of duration and slow movements, this class focuses on reps, 'ladders,' and muscle quivering combinations that will blow your mind and leave you sweating and more TONEd than ever. A total body workout that utilizes our custom reformers to give you a challenging, fun and effective workout in a motivating group setting. Get ready for a dynamic challenge.


Challenge your cardio and strength with interval training.

Lexington offers 4-week BOOTCAMP sessions. These sessions are held two times a week for 30 minutes of high intensity cardio and strength exercises.
