Working together as teams on the Water Rowers to sculpt, tone and get your cardio up like never before. Described as "the perfect calorie burn" rowing is a full body, high cardio, low impact experience. Classes are 45 minutes and use the rower, as well as HIIT, floor work, & weights to give you a well rounded workout. Get ready to compete against teams, support your neighbors, and say goodbye to TONS of calories! BRING A CLEAN PAIR OF SNEAKERS WITH YOU FOR THIS CLASS!!!
