The ROW on-water team dynamic builds an electric energy in you that is as positive mentally as it is physically exhilarating.
A fast paced, full body, low impact workout! This class is beat and movement driven, and you'll rotate from the rower to your mat where you will use weight and resistance bands to target the three major areas you love to target: your Legs, Core and Arms. These three areas will be run through for a total of two times, with 6 intervals in total to leave you feeling energized, toned, and CUT!
