A strong core helps you when it’s time to deliver, and aids in a swifter recovery. This is true even for planned and unexpected C-sections, having a strong engaged core is a healthy place to start.

The answer is, maybe. In general starting a totally new fitness journey mid pregnancy is not advised. You and your baby’s safety are paramount. Everyone’s situation is different, please reach out to your local btone with any questions about getting started.

Throughout pregnancy, you may experience symptoms that affect your experience, such as nausea, dizziness, lower back discomfort, sciatica, and acid reflux, oh boy!
You might also encounter new challenges with balance, a changing center of gravity, and difficulty with certain positions as your pregnancy progresses.

As your pregnancy progresses, don’t hesitate to adjust or ask the instructor for an alternative exercise.
However your delivery goes, we will be here for your 4th trimester postpartum journey!
Once you are medically cleared to get moving again, start slow and always tell your instructor so we can support your recovery.
