I first stumbled upon btone while walking along the streets of Boston's North End in 2018. I was hooked from the very start and loved how strong I felt after each class. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, I moved to Lakeview in 2020 and quickly realized something was missing.
With a background in sales and a degree in entrepreneurship, once the thought of opening a btone studio here in Chicago popped into my head, it was a done deal—and I've never looked back.
I've spent my whole life playing sports, staying active, and trying all different types of fitness modalities. In recent years I've developed a passion for overall wellness and have spent a great deal of time and effort learning what best serves my mind and body. In my free time, I love getting lost in a good book, cooking (and eating!) fun, extravagant meals, traveling the world, and above all else spending time with my family.

Lakeview is a special neighborhood; welcoming, laid-back and fun! The dreamy lakefront perfectly balances the busy streets, incredible eateries and cool shops throughout the area.

Our Harwich studio is conveniently located at 1421 Harwich Orleans Road, at the East Harwich Plaza, making it an easy stop for clients coming from Harwich, Dennis, Orleans, Chatham, and the surrounding Cape communities. We’re right next to the dry cleaners and near 400 East. Plus, you can drop off your Amazon returns at UPS and then come TONE with us! We love being in a location that’s easy to get to, has plenty of convenient parking, and feels connected to so many of the communities we call home.

Lincoln Park is a special neighborhood; welcoming, laid-back and fun! The dreamy lakefront perfectly balances the busy streets, incredible eateries and cool shops throughout the area.
Our Back Bay studio is located at 30 Newbury Street on the 4th floor, above James Joseph Salon, right in the heart of one of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods. Just a block from the Boston Common and surrounded by the shops, restaurants, offices, colleges, and neighborhoods that make Boston so unique, it’s the perfect place to sneak in 45 minutes of TONEy time between work, class, shopping, or exploring the city. We’ve called Newbury Street home since 2011, and there’s something pretty special about being part of the energy of Back Bay and the city where btone really began to grow.

"When I first saw pics of TONEy I was nervous that I was too tall/heavy to feel stable on the machine."
TONEy really is for every body. I even kept at it during my pregnancy, modifications are always available!"
