I have been part of the btone community since 2022, first as one of the founding members of the Hamilton, now Beverly, studio and now as the owner of a studio serving the Salt Lake City and Millcreek communities. From my very first classes I felt so connected to the workout and the people that I immediately started exploring how I could contribute more deeply and bring this joy to our community in Salt Lake City.
My previous work and life experience give me a strong foundation for owning this Millcreek studio. I began my career as an ICU nurse, which taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and care deeply about people’s health and well-being. I then spent three decades in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in roles across sales, sales leadership, marketing, and global business and market development, which sharpened my skills in strategy, customer service, and operations. Living and working in eight different states helped me understand how local markets are unique and how important it is to tailor a new business to the specific needs of Salt Lake.
I care deeply about the overall client experience and about helping every person feel strong, confident, and at home in their body. I believe in creating a studio environment that is both challenging and welcoming. What drew me to btone FITNESS was the unique combination of an intense, results-driven Pilates-inspired workout and an inclusive, judgment-free culture.
In my spare time I love being active outdoors in Utah, which is one of the reasons I am so passionate about functional strength training. You will often find me on my road bike climbing the nearby canyons, skate or classic skiing in the winter, or hiking the beautiful trails around Salt Lake City. I also love playing card and board games as a way to unwind and connect with friends. At home I share my life with my twenty three year old cat, Ginger Rogers, who has been with me for two decades and rarely leaves my side. I am grateful to have built a strong circle of friends here in Utah, many of whom I also get to see regularly in the studio as we move, sweat, and grow together.

Our studio is located in the Brickyard area of Millcreek, a vibrant neighborhood on the edge of Sugar House with easy access from central Salt Lake City and the surrounding suburbs. This location sits in a busy shopping and dining hub that serves as a true community gathering place and is just a short drive from the new Millcreek Common. Before or after your Pilates Remixed class in Salt Lake City you can grab a scoop at Blacksmith Ice Cream, treat yourself to a manicure at Gem Nails, or meet a friend for coffee at the new Perch Coffee shop. Nearby favorites like Jersey Mikes and Cookie Cutters bring in a steady flow of families and professionals, which keeps the Brickyard and Millcreek area active and welcoming from morning through evening. It is the kind of convenient Millcreek location where you can get an effective workout, refuel, run errands, and connect with your local Salt Lake City community all in one stop.
"When I first saw pics of TONEy I was nervous that I was too tall/heavy to feel stable on the machine."
TONEy really is for every body. I even kept at it during my pregnancy, modifications are always available!"
