Andover Waitlist Policy

Please check your profile 8 hours before the class to see if you made it into the class. It may say 'unconfirmed' but if it shows up on your schedule you ARE IN and are expected to show up to class.

The system will only put you in automatically if it is BEFORE the 8 hour cancellation time. If it is after, just check the schedule and if a spot opens up just schedule for it. The system WILL NOT put you in after the 8 hour cancellation time.

If you are signed up for an early morning class you and you do not intend to check your profile in the early morning, you should remove yourself from the waitlist. You can do that by going to the MINDBODY link at the bottom of our schedule page.

How the Andover Waitlist Works

If class is full you can sign up for the waitlist. Make sure you are opted IN for email notifications because if a spot becomes available you will be automatically added to the roster and notified via email. Relax! The waitlist becomes deactivated 8 hours prior to class time, meaning if a spot opens up less than 8 hours to class you will NOT be added to the roster. It is best to re-check the schedule a few hours prior to class time and if you see a space available then you can sign yourself up.

If you are registered for a class and are on the waitlist for a different class time that same day just make sure to check your status prior to the 8 hour cancellation window so you do not end up in two classes, or you risk losing a class credit.

Removing Yourself from the Andover Waitlist

If you need to cancel a class you are on the waitlist for, log into your profile, go to "my schedule" and the class will show up, simply hit cancel, and you are good to go.

RULE OF THUMB: If it comes up on your schedule, then you are IN and therefore subject to the same cancellation policy as a regularly scheduled class. Since we have an 8 hour cancellation policy, there is a chance that you could get into an early morning (6 or 7am) around 10pm or 11pm.

If you do not plan on checking your schedule early in the morning or checking your email, you must remove yourself from the waitlist before you go to bed. If you get into the class, you are responsible for that class. The system will never put you in last minute so be sure to properly plan so you do not lose any classes or incur a charge.

How will I know if I made it off the Andover waitlist?

If you receive our automated emails, you will be notified via email.

We encourage you to check your profiles on our website, our app, or using the MINDBODY link on our Schedule Page.

Waitlist Length & Position

There are up to 4 people on a waitlist.

To see your spot on the waitlist you will need to log into our MINDBODY site. That link can be found by going to our Schedule Page, scrolling down, and clicking the MINDBODY link.

Andover Cancellation Policy

The main thing is you must cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid possible penalties.

If you cancel at least 8 hours before class, then you're all set!

Late Cancelling Less than 8 Hours Before Class

An 8 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid losing or being charged for the class. This includes if you wish to switch class times. If you cancel fewer than 8 hours prior to class, this is considered a "late cancel" and you lose that class.

  • If you are on a limited membership (1x a week, 2x a week or 3x a week) — you get one free "late cancel" per month — for your account to be credited you must email the studio within 24 hours of your late cancel. If you do not late cancel and do not show up for class, this is considered a “no show” visit and you will lose your class credit.
  • If you are on an unlimited membership — Unlimited members receive NO penalty for a "late cancel" but will be charged $10 for every "No show."
  • If you are on a class pack — you’ll just lose your class; don’t do this, cancel before 8 hours!

If you cannot make it to class please go to , and click Schedule, then find the class and click "cancel". You can cancel on the app, too!

Cancellation Exceptions

You must cancel your class online. We understand that things come up, but if you do not cancel your class at all, you will not receive that class back.

Accidental Cancellation

If there was a waitlist and you cancelled (even if by accident) the first person on the waitlist will automatically be placed into the class. You will need to reschedule for another class or join the waitlist. If the class was not full, just reschedule again through your profile.

Cancellation of Classes by the Studio

Classes with fewer than 3 people might be cancelled. If a class gets canceled, you will be notified via email and/or text message. Make sure you are opted IN for notifications.

Andover Membership Policy

Membership Cancellation

You are allowed to cancel membership at any time. Simply email the studio at least 3 days prior to your next payment date.

Class Late Cancellations & No Shows

You must cancel your class prior to the 8 hour cancellation policy to get your class refunded to your account. If you cannot cancel before the 8 hour window you can "Late Cancel" the class. Go to , and then your schedule to cancel the class you cannot attend. If you are on a limited membership please “Late Cancel” if you cannot attend class. If your spot fills you will get that class back. If you are on a limited membership (1x/week, 2X/wk or 3X/wk), you can email the studio to redeem your one FREE "Late Cancel" a month. If you "No Show" you will not get the class back. Unlimited members are allowed to "Late Cancel" free of charge but "No Shows" will be charged $10.

Free "Late Cancel""

If you are on limited membership: 1x/week 2x/week or 3x/week, you are allowed ONE free "Late Cancel" a month. You MUST email the studio within 24 hours after your late cancel to redeem or you will lose the class. “No Shows” are not included in this benefit.

Rollover Classes

If you are on the 2X/wk or 3X/wk membership you are allowed to roll over a maximum of one UNUSED class per month. You MUST email the studio to redeem the class for the consecutive month.

Guest Passes

If you are on the 3x/week or unlimited membership you are allowed to bring one friend to class for FREE each month. The friend must be new to btone or not have attended class in over 6 months. You MUST email the studio to redeem.

Retail Discount

All Members are allowed 10% off of all retail purchases at the studio. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
